Open OBS Studio
Free and open source. Download at obsproject.com if you don't have it.

Add a Window Capture source
In the Sources panel, click + → Window Capture, then select this browser window.

Start Virtual Camera
Click Start Virtual Camera in the Controls panel (bottom right in OBS).

Select it in your video app
In Zoom, Teams, Meet etc., choose OBS Virtual Camera as your camera source.
Tip: Press H to hide the lens picker strip before switching
to OBS for a clean full-frame capture. Press H again to bring it back.
